FanDuel Sportsbook offers different Maryland betting promos and bonuses from time to time. You can read more about the most popular ones below and find specific instances of each on the “Promos” page of the website or app:
Profit boost
The profit boost is one of FanDuel’s newer offers and while it hasn’t been abundant in promotions so far, it is certainly worth the time and effort when you can find one and place a bet. A profit boost can be applied by opting in to a promotion and will appear in your account once you’ve completed the required steps. After that, you can apply the profit boost to any wager on your betting slip.
The profit boost may be tied to a specific sport or a specific bet type, such as a point spread, player prop, or over/under total. It cannot be combined with any other rewards; however, you can apply multiple profit boosts to the same betting slip, just not on the same wager.
Parlay insurance
Parlays can be quite difficult to hit, but the payouts can also be massive when they win. To help offset potential losses in a parlay, FanDuel will reimburse bettors on a multi-sport parlay with five or more legs up to $25 in bonus bets if you hit all but one leg.
This excludes same-game parlays, round robins, and teasers, and each individual leg must have odds of -200 or better, but it does apply to all sports you can feel free to get creative! Bettors can make up to four eligible wagers per day, and refunds are issued within 72 hours of all legs being decided.
Second chance bets
The Welcome Bonus is a prime example of a second chance bet, but new players aren’t the only ones able to take advantage of this opportunity. FanDuel often refers to second chance bets as “no sweat” opportunities, with promotions applying them to same-game parlays and straight bets alike.
Once again, these require an opt-in, but they can be a great way to entice bettors to consider a new sport, market, or bet type that is different than what they usually play.
Deposit match bonus
FanDuel isn’t actively offering any deposit matches, but this is a common offer as a welcome bonus for new players.
When one is offered, bettors receive bonus bets or bet credit equivalent to the amount deposited in their account, often up to a certain dollar amount or percentage. The bonus bets or bet credit may expire, so be sure to check the terms and conditions when you see a deposit match offered.
